Dear XYZ, 

I just signed the National Council of Jewish Women’s Emerging Jewish Clergy - Rabbis for Repro pledge. This campaign encourages Jewish moral leadership to stand up for reproductive freedom by committing to teach or drash about the importance of reproductive health access in Judaism.

One in four people who can become pregnant will have an abortion by age 45, and that  includes many of our own community members– and, at the same time, access to essential, time-sensitive care is constantly under attack. We must both educate our communities about the Jewish perspective on this charged, important issue and make ourselves available for the conversations that some of our fellow Jews may need to have.
